- Dealing with planning conditions, Building Regulations requirements and services
- Ensuring design drawings are in accordance with the contract and the ER
- Obtaining final approval of design drawings prior to work commencing on site
Project Monitoring For Bank Funding
- Agreeing stage payments with funders
- Visit site and prepare report and submit valuation to bank for release of funds
